COVID TESTING- PLEASE CALL/ TEXT FIRST IF YOU ARE HAVING SYMPTOMS OR HAVE RECENTLY TESTED POSITIVE
Turnaround time is 15- 90 min for the rapid test and next Business day for PCR. If you tested Positive at home, and need a consult regarding Paxlovid or other treatment options, please book a TELEMED appointment/ Video Visit.

If you have a fever, cough, sore throat, or are short of breath (Covid, Flu or Cold symptoms) Please wear a mask before coming into the office. When you are at the office, you can check in at the front desk. If there is someone checking in already, please wait outside the door and call or text us that you are here. If there is an open room, we will take you back immediately OR we will text you to come back into the office when it is your turn. Appointments will be given priority over walk-in’s. If you are having an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest hospital.

To test for current infection: Nasal swab (PCR)- Next business day results (Gold standard 99% accurate but can stay positive for weeks)
Nasal or throat Swab (Rapid Antigen)- Results in 15 min. Not as reliable/ sensitive as the above PCR. Best test for see if still contageous. Similar to Home tests.
Nasal swab (Rapid Antigen Immunofluorescence Assay) 98% as accurate as a PCR. TOT 30 minutes. If you have tested positive, you do NOT need a retest. You can be cleared clinically by your doctor. If you need a consult, please book a telemedicine visit.
