This service is highly exclusive, limited to 20 patients.

In this program Dr. Devgan- Kacker dedicates herself to serve you and your family at the highest level. She becomes your personal physician, your medical advocate, available to visit you at your home when needed, meet at her Urgent Care during off-hours if needed, receive a phone call for urgent needs, attend your specialist visits when appropriate and incorporate in depth care.

Dr. Kacker will deliver proactive and preventive care to include the following:

Comprehensive Annual Physicals, longer un-rushed appointments, no waiting ever, and specialty services for the whole family including pediatrics, women’s health, weight loss programs and antiaging medicine. In this program Dr. Devgan-Kacker dedicates herself to serve you and your family at a level that exceeds the Concierge Practices in our area. She becomes your personal family physician, available anytime when needed, by phone, telehealth appointment or here at the Office/Urgent Care during regular or off-hours, and will personally ensure referrals for top specialists whenever required and appropriate.

Dr. Kacker also delivers Proactive and Preventive Care, Comprehensive Annual Physicals and specialty services for the whole family including pediatrics, women’s health, weight loss programs and antiaging medicine. If this is of interest to you, we will set an appointment to further discuss.
